Cyril Ezeaku has over 20 years of Professional Safety & Environment experience in the Oil & Gas and Construction Industry, within Nigeria & beyond, which includes excellent understanding of Oil spill and environmental waste Management. A natural gifted resource manager with sound leadership and interpersonal skills for which he is renowned in the Oil & Gas sector for creating sustainable business value and innovative solutions that address concerns of a broad range of stakeholders. Cyril is an Industrial Chemistry and Chemical Engineering graduate. He holds International & local competence certifications in most aspects of Safety, Security and Environmental management.

Ralph Uwhumiakpor has vast working experience in various categories for a period spanning over 27 years in different positions covering Purchasing, Research, Admin, Finance, Accounts and Training in addition to logistics in various organization. A certified Accountant, he holds B.Sc, PGD, MBA, M.Sc degrees in Management and Accounting. He holds membership of various professional bodies in Management, Human Resources/Personnel, Accounting and Safety. Ralph has attended various courses in management, Accounting and oil spill response in Nigeria and United Kingdom.

Dr. Etiese Akpan Etuk holds a PhD Degree with specialization in Environmental Management from the University of Nigeria. His PhD research work incidentally was on the Bioremediation of Hydrocarbon Polluted Soil in the Niger Delta Region by Enhanced Natural Attenuation, using model sites in the Niger Delta Region of Nigeria. He has bountiful hands-on field and academic experiences in the area of oil spill management and environmental remediation, having worked in the Oil and Gas industry [Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria and Clean Nigeria Associates Limited] for more than 20 years. He has supervised several oil spill emergency responses as coordinator and on scene commander and as well as delivered over 120 Cleanup and Remediation Project Sites, for SPDC.

An Environmental and public health microbiologist with seventeen years’ experience in the oil and gas industry. Strong driver of HSE Risk Management systems, commercially focused. He is skilled in planning/management of spill response, Environmental Impact Assessment ( -RBCA- concept), RENA, JIV (Joint Investigation Visit and spill volume estimation). On-scene commander for over seven Tie 2 Spill Sites, with over 10,000 Bbls, and certified in Nebosh/IMO levels 1,2,3/Incident Command systems 100,200,300/Oil spill Clean-up/Remediation science.
